All of the products sold in our shop are carefully selected items made overseas.
We carefully inspect each purchased item at our local warehouse, pack it, and deliver it to our valued customers.
Therefore, it takes an average of 1 to 2 weeks from confirmation of payment to delivery.
In addition, shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders, customs congestion, and shipping area. Please be aware of this in advance and enjoy online shopping at USG.

*If you use convenience store payment, the product will be purchased after your payment is confirmed.
Since we handle highly liquid products, there is a possibility that the product may be out of stock before you make your payment. Please make your payment as soon as possible.
If your purchase totals 10,000 yen or more, we will ship your order free of charge nationwide. Normally, shipping costs are 700 yen per item.
Furthermore, there are no additional charges for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands, so you can enjoy shopping with peace of mind.
Please note that we are unable to specify a delivery date and time for deliveries from overseas.
We do not provide gift wrapping services. Thank you for your understanding.
All products will be shipped using a shipping method that allows for tracking of parcels.
You can check the delivery status yourself on the shipping company's website.
